Harry van Kuyk (1929-2008). White on white. And black. Relief prints and artist’s books is a monograph about the innovative, special work by Harry van Kuyk. The book comprises a retrospective of his art publications and independent relief prints, six articles – it is the first mapping of the technique of the relief print for a broader public –, a biography with dates, photographs and documents, and a catalogue of works. The appendices list his exhibitions and reviews, the English translations of all main texts, and a name-based index. The authors are experts in Dutch art, graphic art and the history of books.
